If you are prevented from making use of your booking, we would like to be notified. Generally, cancellation must be notified the day before arrival at the latest. However, the cancellation terms may vary which will be apparent in the price offer or confirmation.
If you cancel later than the cancellation terms, we will have to charge you for your stay - normally just for the first night.
We sometimes find that some guests do not arrive at all and haven't notified us. In such cases we charge the full price for the first night.
If you book via external booking channels such as Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc. cancellation must occur through these channels. Here, reference is made to the conditions on your confirmations.
